I've also started to keep track of my spending and that seems to be helping me keep it under control. Everytime I think of making an impulse purchase I remember that I'll have to write it down so I can see where all my money is going and it often tempers the urge to buy. I'm trying to see if there is a trend to my spending habits so I can budget my money better and so far so good. It really makes me think about whether the purchase is something I actually NEED or just something I'd like to get.
Anyway... it's way past my bedtime, but I'm up late because I slept for about 3-4 hours after work. I was so exhausted and in pain yet again. I think it's the crazy pressure/weather changes we've been having lately. At least the sleep seems to have helped. I just hope it's enough that I don't wake up feeling tired again tomorrow.
