Can I go back to sleep now?

I don't know what's up with me but I'm having a hell of a time waking up in the mornings. I have incredibly vivid dreams that I'm having trouble waking up from. I also end up feeling incredibly tired and groggy for most of the morning.

This has been ongoing for a while now and I'm not sure what's up. It's not quite insomnia because I am sleeping but I don't think I'm hitting REM sleep.

There are several things that I can think of that might contribute to this sleep phenomenon: diet changes, exercise levels, food sensitivities, ambient noise in the apartment . . . Putting my finger on the exact cause is, of course, a little trickier. The fact of the matter is that it may be a combination of all these things.

In the meantime, I’ll just keep up with the positive changes and hope for the best.

My thoughts exactly. With any luck it will balance out sooner rather than later so I can get back to feeling normal and not having the really really weird dreams! lol
